During the auction timely emails will keep you up to date when you lose top bid position. We make no warranty or guarantee with regard to any electronic device or communication transmission.
All auctions feature an extension system to help protect against sniping and helps to provide a level playing field for all participants. Our proprietary model extends the auction’s timer when it detects a last minute bid to obtain a true high bid for the property.
